My experience with the interview process at Unity was smooth and organized. After having lunch with the design team, they agreed to continue my candidacy with a phone screen interview. After the phone screen interview, I spoke with another Lead Graphic Designer and the Creative Director.

6 steps/interviews process. Extensive home assignment is the 3rd step, including a presentation to the team lead and another team member. In general it was good until you get to the last step, don't get hired, ask for feedback and receive no response.

Le processus s'est composé de 5 entretiens, tous basé sur la prise d'information concernant le candidat, la description du poste ainsi que les principales valeurs au sein de l'entreprise. D'abord un entretien avec le département RH, puis le manager principal, suivi des personnes en lien avec le poste en question.

It was very straightforward. I'd talked about my work experience by phone with the Recruiter and then I had 1:1 Zoom Meetings with the Manager and the Team where I shared my portfolio and talked about my work process.
