Fairly straightforward and quick process compared to other data analyst roles. Submitted my application via LinkedIn and was invited to an interview with a presentation / data analyst case study. This was presented to two senior members of staff, the COO and one of the Lead Analysts. It felt like a fairly relaxed, chilled, comfortable experience. While some of the questions were more difficult than others, it was a very pleasant experience and I was asked to explain some of my rationale and reasoning. Some of it wasn't correct but this must have been deemed acceptable. This was followed immediately but a 'Meet the Team' session which featured a group of potential colleagues in a very casual Teams Meeting.
