Interview process was relatively straightforward with recruiter, hiring manager and two panel discussions. I was extremely excited about the role and happy to receive an offer. However offer was low and there was no negotiation whatsoever. Seems naive in current marketplace and disappointing given the known revenue of UHG. I took a role somewhere else for 40% more. Invest in people, if you want top talent.
