The entire process was pleasant and efficient. My first interview was a 1 hour phone interview with the Senior Recruiter. The recruiter thoroughly answered all my questions about the role and the organization, and was a skilled and patient interviewer. I did not get a second interview, but they let me know right away. I appreciated that she let me know the PI was looking for a very specific fit, and would only be interviewing final candidates.
