Applied online for the position and after 3 or 4 weeks received an email from the hiring team to take video interview (automated, no human interaction). The interview was supposed to be taken within 48 Hrs. of receipt of the email. I have completed it and received a call from the recruiter, she seemed to be n a rush did not explain anything clearly except for the fact that I passed the interview and will be moving forward with the next level of interview with the hiring manager but did not hear back or received any email and when I checked online the online status says "No longer under consideration" . It doesn't make sense !!!. I passed the robo interview and now I am not considered without any reason or call from a human. I don't know why companies expect a candidate to be a super human and when they cannot have minimum professional attitude and courtesy when dealing with candidates. I wish companies don't forget the human component of the interview process with this digital revolution. Now coming to the interview part, it is a more of general questions such as; Tell me about yourself, Why do you think are fit for the position etc. There were about five questions.
