Interviewer had challenging questions , gave her examples on all the questions on a time I did encounter certain situations and still that wasn’t enough . I’m not sure what she was looking for bc I’m a unique person so my experience is different from yours and will be different from others so to be looking for one cut answer was unfair

I had a one on one interview at the building in Eau Claire, WI near Festival after completing the first round of testing at a different site. It was a relaxed one on one interview in a small room off of the main lobby.

Interview was a recorded interview with 2-3 tries for your recording to each question. Use the STAR method and practice your answers before answering. The questions were your basic interview questions about yourself and personality.
