I Applied online and received initial phone screen from recruiter within a few days. The following week had in-person interview. I met with 2 hiring managers separately. Very frank discussion of the work the team was currently performing, the direction they're going, the database and reporting environment, my career goals and interests. No real in-depth technical questions. Received call from recruiter to negotiate the offer the following day. All in all a very efficient and quick process, especially for such a large organization.
