Interview
Extremely straightforward and to the point. The interviewer made sure I was comfortable before proceeding and ensured I understood every question. There was two parts including a question and answer as well as a behavioral. I was not made to feel my answers were not correct. The interviewer also gave me feedback and allowed me to ask questions.

The interviewer was very personable. They wanted to be sure the job was right for me. We had a very nice conversation that felt like less of an interview and more of a discussion.
