Applied through their website and didn't hear anything back until a few weeks later.
First interview was a video interview where questions are displayed on the screen and you're given only a limited amount of time to answer those questions. Didn't hear back after another few weeks. I was invited to interview on-site at their NC office. They offered a video interview in case you couldn't attend the on-site interview.

The interview went well. After a week my application status was changed to "We have identified a potential opportunity for you". I have no idea what this means. Later, recruiter called saying all the positions were filled. Why was I even interviewed in the first place?

Interview
one-way video interview with 4 questions. Pre-recorded interview prep videos were helpful. The one-way video is a bit awkward. I would prefer an in-person or real-time zoom interview to be able to ask questions back to the interviewer. Overall, it was convenient as an initial interview.
