Submitted resume directly online. After a couple weeks, I did an online interview session, which felt a bit odd but was screened through. After a couple more weeks, I was invited in with about twenty other students to an interview session where final one-on-ones were conducted. A presentation was given to start off the day. Finally, a QA session happened while half the group when through interviews, then others switched. If people were hired through this process, there was no assessment of their technical skills whatsoever, which makes being rejected feel somewhat of a crap shoot.

The interview went well. After a week my application status was changed to "We have identified a potential opportunity for you". I have no idea what this means. Later, recruiter called saying all the positions were filled. Why was I even interviewed in the first place?

Interview
one-way video interview with 4 questions. Pre-recorded interview prep videos were helpful. The one-way video is a bit awkward. I would prefer an in-person or real-time zoom interview to be able to ask questions back to the interviewer. Overall, it was convenient as an initial interview.
