Interviewed with current program members and a senior developer. Prior to the interviews, was given a slideshow of the company. Relaxed interviews. Asked about school projects in a technical interview and some behavioral questions in the second interview. Both interviews were not difficult but were used to identify your character and problem-solving mindset.

The interview went well. After a week my application status was changed to "We have identified a potential opportunity for you". I have no idea what this means. Later, recruiter called saying all the positions were filled. Why was I even interviewed in the first place?

Interview
one-way video interview with 4 questions. Pre-recorded interview prep videos were helpful. The one-way video is a bit awkward. I would prefer an in-person or real-time zoom interview to be able to ask questions back to the interviewer. Overall, it was convenient as an initial interview.
