Three interviews: first with HR, second with supervisory team, third with a panel of employees across the organization. Was, overall, unimpressed by HR's lack of organization (showing up late w/o notice to interviews, putting the wrong applicant name on emails, etc.). Although HR stated that they would reach out with a decision a week after the final interview, they never followed up and didn’t respond to multiple follow-up emails. Given that UW is a large and well-established non-profit, I was really thrown by their lack of professionalism and will likely avoid applying to positions with them again.
