The interview process was fairly straightforward. I had a 30 min phone interview, followed by a Zoom interview with the team I would be working with. Both were normal interviews, but after the Zoom interview I was ghosted for several weeks (after very strong and consistent communications). I finally received an automated rejection email from their HR software after a few weeks. I thought it was very unprofessional that they did not have the courtesy to even send a personalized rejection after going through multiple interview rounds.

After applying online and submitting my cover letter and resume I received a call from HR first, then the hiring supervisor. After the calls, I was asked to attend the first interview. Both the HR manager and hiring supervisor were present during the initial interview.
