I applied for the position of Income Analytics Analyst that was listed on the company’s website. After submitting my CV, the application was acknowledged by email and was invited to set up an account so that I could track its progress. It wasn’t long before I received a pleasing invitation for a virtual interview. I thoroughly researched in preparation of the interview. The interview process was amply communicated, explained and well constituted. Though it was an interview, it was alluringly discussive, affording me the latitude to share relevant experiences and ideas on how to tackle pain points in the role. For me the shear transparency and accurate timeline, reassured me that whatever the outcome of the interview, the process was a fair one. Within the promised time frame, I was contacted that I had succeeded in the interviewed and was pleased accepted the offer. I was kept informed during the whole onboarding process and happy to be joining the team.
