I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at United Pipe & Steel
Interview
I don't remember the exact title I applied for, but something along the lines of analyst/project coordinator. The benefits and pay of the company seemed great when speaking to the recruiter. The HR rep seemed very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The interview seemed more like an interrogation with the hiring manager, who was at least ten minutes late, and answering emails throughout the interview. They seemed more interested in the "gaps in my resume" than the actual contents, all of which I had was perfect explanations for (part time work that I did not feel was relevant enough to list, as it did not directly relate to the position at hand). They were very argumentative and I felt it would not be a good fit. It sounds as though they have turned off some great candidates in the past, as one of the questions was "am I the kind of person to scroll Instagram on the job"? My motives for applying to the position were questioned many times throughout the interview. By the end, they were very impressed and gave me their email address. I never responded. Good luck to all.
A lady called me and asked me if I had 2 minutes for some questions. I though she would just do some screening questions and arrange an interview. On the contrary, she asked me very substantial questions which I clearly wasnt prepared to answer the way I would like.

Question 1
Have you ever worked with employee benefits before?
First interview, it was zoom and it was easy. They were very friendy. I passed the first interview . It wasn’t that hard. They ask general interview questions. Such as who are you? What do you do?
