Professional. The hiring manager asked a few questions and explained about the roles and responsibilities of the position. The explanations were clear and detail. HR manager was joined during the interview as well.

Interview was tough but fair. Lots of preparation was needed, as well as on the spot thinking to gauge strategic thinking and assessment capability. Interviewers were fair in my opinion.
