The whole process took 4 weeks. I applied through INSPIRA. I received an email asking for my availability for a phone interview. I talked to my potential supervisor. She asked about my experience and when I could start. The interview was short and straightforward.

Skill based interview with 3 interviewers. Asking specfic skill based questions of how you responded to situations, to go deeper from your application answears, to share details of how you have gained skills and would contribute to a team, and why you wish to work in this department specifically
It's based on a competency-based interview, and it went well. It was friendly and informative as well. There are a few of general questions and a few of technical questions. Overall, a good experience.
