    Working for the International Civil Aviation Organization has many benefits including a tax free salary, a good pension fund, and a 30 day vacation paid per year.

    Cons

    The organization is heavy on politics, and some areas are very bureaucratic. Also, if you aim to progress quickly on a vertical scale, it will not be as easy as you may find it in the private sector.
