No interview for this position. But I ever got an interview before from Management Department, there were a phone interview, and a technical test. In the phone interview, there are two interviewees asking me about my work experience and how I faced challenges during work, how I collaborated with others.

Very nice interviewrs, I loved their vibe, I found the questions they gave me easy, and they also provided helpful answers to my questions. Started with a quick overview of the their departent in UN, then asked about my experience followed by some general interview questions ( about team work and such), finishing with my questions about the role.
