Lengthy there is a test prior to selection for interview, which takes a long time until you get an answer if you are selected for interview. Interview is a panel they ask competency based questions
The process of recruitment in the UN is quite long normally except for UNV. Before the interview, you would be invited to take a written test first. It could usually take up to 6 months from you first applied until you would be accepted.

Lenghty, unclear, poor feedback. From time of submission of CV to offer, took about 6 months. Interview process involved 3 steps including a test that did not reflect a real life work day

Normal, It did not feel any much different to other interviews I have had. Some times it felt that the questions where not the same as they had planed.
Maybe, the had follow up questions just to understand the answer
