The window for application was 14 days. I went through a really long form in Inspira and got the offer 8 days after the application system was closed. No reference letter or phone interview required probably cause I am not in US. It is preferable to provide as many professional experiences as possible.

Skill based interview with 3 interviewers. Asking specfic skill based questions of how you responded to situations, to go deeper from your application answears, to share details of how you have gained skills and would contribute to a team, and why you wish to work in this department specifically
It's based on a competency-based interview, and it went well. It was friendly and informative as well. There are a few of general questions and a few of technical questions. Overall, a good experience.
