Interview
Application done through the inspira job portal. This was then followed by a written interview on the substance of the work applied for, ie. legal questions based on case scenarios. After being shortlisted I then had an oral 'competency' based interview which assesses ones knowledge and understanding of the organization's core principles and values e.g. professionalism, communication, client orientation etc.

Interview
I applied via inspira in dec 2023 and was invited to a written interview in february 2024. The interview was sat on March 5th 2024 and we were about 10 candidates including 2 candidates we found in the interview room already(almost certain they were internal candidates)

Question 1
Mr.X was granted a P.4 job 8n a fixed term contract, he reloacted and the benefits and entitlement unit awarded him 10,000$ for his sons education fund. When he was reached out of by the Unit later, on when the child was ro start school, he mentioned 30th Dec 2024 and the Unit told withdrew the award on account that the child had not yet reached the age of 5 years or within 3 months of the age for them to qualify for the award. Mr. X appealed this decision to the UN tribunal, advise the UN administration explaining the situation.
Second qn was: Suggest a 500words page you would upload on tbe UN RSCE's intranet for staff about Risk Management. In your page, explain to the employees the:
1. The role of the management function
2. The risks of a shared service centre

Interview
I was given short notice to this interview. I tried to reschedule it, but the recruiter didn't accept it. In general, the interview went smoothly and no particular difficulty come up.
