Applied online. Interviewed on video chat within a week. No word for nearly a month and a half. Then got another call to set up an interview, but it was not a 2nd interview. They got mixed up and forgot they had already interviewed me, but didn't make any offer. Never heard from them again. Could've been a little more communicative, organized and personable.
