Interview process was long and and felt very repetitive. I was asked the same quesions over and over and a lot of it didn't feel relevant. The process was drug out a long time and felt wasteful of my time.

Question 1
Name a time you didn't get along with a coworker and how did you resolve it?
Went through a phone screen, met in person with 3 other staff and then the CEO after that. Seemed like the CEO was not really listening, nodded his head a lot. Couldn’t figure out if he was truly listening because of the continuous head nodding. Scheduling the in person interview was not very organized.
