Interview
First step was applying for a position on the company website. Followed up with a general phone call interview with the recruiter. After that, they set up a second interview with the CEO.

Interview
Did a casual phone interview with the HR acquisitions guy from corporate and then an in-person interview with the team lead locally. They were super friendly and pleasant to work with. For an interview, it felt very relaxed and not super structured across the board. I personally would've liked a bit more prepared from their side of things from the way the interview info is set up and sent out, to not needing to lead the interview and/or being able to answer more questions on the position in the initial screening. Overall, good experience - just different than other interviews I've had for the same type of position.

Question 1
Must be able to do take offs on drywall and what programs you have used in the past for this. They also want to know your familiarity with Procore.

Interview
I submitted my resume online and received a call from the company's internal Senior Recruiter within 2-3 days. After a few preliminary questions, an interview was scheduled for the following day. Just as a side note, the online job listing clearly stated that industry experience was "a plus but not required." This was for an Office Assistant position (data entry, accounts payable, etc.), so NOT something that requires industry specific skills.
The interview itself was pleasant and the Senior Recruiter seemed nice. They asked the standard repertoire of interview questions. The overall experience was fine except for one glaring thing. As mentioned earlier, the online job listing stated that industry experience wasn't required. This was also covered in the preliminary phone interview, and again in the formal interview. However, a few days after the interview I received an email stating that, while my work history was "impressive", they need someone with industry experience. Finding a job is difficult, and I really wish they had decided that before giving me hope and essentially wasting my time.

Question 1
The interview questions were the standard "what are your strengths and weaknesses?" or "tell me a little about yourself" type of inquiries.
