It was a very casual and straight forward interview process. I met with the whole team which seemed unnecessary, but overall enjoyed the experience. Friendly staff, maybe not super straight forward about salary expectations.

The interview process was lengthy and confusing. Initial discussions were promising, but communication grew vague, leaving me waiting for updates without clear feedback or closure on my application’s status. HR responses were unclear, and despite being extended an initial offer, I was asked to complete a background check prematurely. The company continued interviewing other candidates afterward, ultimately declining me without a solid explanation. Overall, the experience left me feeling like my time and efforts were undervalued, with little insight into their decision-making process.
