Four rounds of interviews. Conversations were positive and natural. Recruiter left abruptly, so I was ghosted in follow up - once I finally connected with someone I received an abrupt “the role has been filled” email. Disappointed in the delivery of the outcome after a positive interview experience.

Standard 4 round. Informational w/ recruiter, team member panel for culture fit, manager culture and technical skills with assessment, and broad scope interview with skip level. Final follow up with offer.
