It was a four round interview process starting with recruiter, followed by supervisor, colleague and skip level manager. The recruiter interview was a career review. The interviews with team members were based on personality fit, operations, “what would you do” type scenarios.

Four rounds of interviews. Conversations were positive and natural. Recruiter left abruptly, so I was ghosted in follow up - once I finally connected with someone I received an abrupt “the role has been filled” email. Disappointed in the delivery of the outcome after a positive interview experience.
