3-4 rounds interview process. Before joining it was nice but after it became worst. Lot of dreams were portrayed but none of them took place. Worst decision of my life but I got many more points which will help me in future.

Interview
Pretty standard. Professional. Start with a phone screen. Then come in for personal interviews. This is Albuquerque, leave the suit and tie behind. Not many probing questions (or I just have good stock answers). I was able to pry out a number of weaknesses within the management structure.
