5 steps for recruitment process.
1)
All candidates have to join the orientations.
Be ready to take the writing test. (These are the questions I got)
1. What is Uniqlo in your mind?
2. What is your career expectation in the next five years?
****Prepare to bring a hardcopy of resume and a photo.
2) The company will send you a confirmation email with a LINK to take an online APTITUDE TESTS. There are 2 parts: CAT logical reasoning and CAT numerical reasoning.
(ONLY have 60 mins to finish the test)
3) Interview Group of 2-3 persons.
4) 2 days store internship. **Be mindful, versatile, flexible, witty and calm.
5) Final interview
*** You need to pass each step in order to go to next ones. Only those who passed (tests and interviews separately) will be considered for next process.
The woman's interview is so rude and impolite.
She separated the candidates she was interested in from those she was not.
If seeing the candidate is interesting, she will be highly active in asking you many things, and the tone will change. But the candidate is less interest, she will directly skip your speech and Impatient tone.
It make the interview become negative and unconformable.

You will be interviewed by two people at a time in an online call. The interview lasted only 30 minutes. The interview process is only one step out of many steps of their hiring process.

Interview
Initial Interview was easy, they asked very general questions, but paired with another candidate to make it more competitive. I think the purpose of this particular step was to test how fluent and eloquent the candidates are before moving on to the next stage.
