I applied online. I interviewed at Uniqlo (Pasay, Pasay) in Oct 2018
Interview
I received an email inviting me for a company session in Pasay but was not informed that they rescheduled the date a week after. It was really frustrating because I came from Visayas and booked a flight just to attend the session. I also had to get up early and ride a taxi so that I won't be late for the session. When I got there, I waited for 2hours before they informed me that the session was rescheduled for next week. After attending the session, there will be an initial interview from the HR. I waited the whole afternoon because there were a lot of applicants. I suggest you come very early so that you will be first in line. I was interviewed together with one other applicant which is a bit unfair because they ask the same questions to both of us and I was asked to answer first which makes time for the other applicant to think through and compose her answer. Also, one of the facilitators was not very accomodating and helpful which is rude because he doesn't entertain questions from the applicants. Two days after, I received an email that I did not pass for the next step of the hiring process. My advice for the interview is to be specific with your answers and give real life experiences.
