I had a very disappointing experience with the interview process for the Customer Engineer role at Uniphore. After my initial screening call, the team scheduled an interview, which was later canceled without clear explanation. They rescheduled it again, and I prepared and showed up at the confirmed time. Unfortunately, no one from the company joined the call, and I did not receive any follow-up or communication about why this happened yet. My interview was last week on Sep 4th and till date there's no update.
This left me with a negative impression of the company’s professionalism and respect for candidates’ time. A hiring process should reflect the culture and values of the organization, but in my case, it showed a lack of accountability and communication.
