The interview process was short, easy, and simple. The customer service supervisor was very laidback and easygoing, which made the interview go much smoother than anticipated. They look for people, not robots.

Very poor overall. It was informal, which was fine, but I was asked various illegal questions about my personal life. It was obvious they wanted to know if I had, or was planning to have, kids so they could determine my commitment level. It felt very amateur.
