Interview

Phone interview first to review job details, then in-person interview with director to review interest in position and applicability. Final group interview with director and several individuals in related positions. Spoke about my background and provided a presentation of my ideas for improving enrollment and beginning outreach for the university.

Interview

The director interviewed me, it took about one hour. I was offered the job after one week. She checked my references, described the schedule and position requirements and offered a salary. The salary was non-negotiable and, while on the small side, I took the position to gain entry into a new field.
