They require 2 years of experience for an entry-level role, but only offer the bare minimum salary—which, by the way, is 80% subsidized by the government—and conveniently let people go right around the 6-month mark. The interview process alone was riddled with red flags, and unfortunately, it was just a preview of the revolving door culture waiting on the other side. Definitely felt more like a scheme to cycle through cheap labor than a legitimate opportunity for growth.

The background check questions were very detailed about previous locations, skills, and responsibilities. Also about motivations and achievements. It was clear the mission I would embrace and my role within the organization.
