I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Unifonic in Jul 2021
Interview
When an interviewer asked me questions, ~90% of which were about data types or working with data types, I think it was not professional or respectful to the candidate.
Very importantly, the answers to the questions asked can be found on Google in a couple of minutes; we all do it!
Has my interviewer generally seen my resume or not? If a company is interviewing for an engineering position with a candidate who has a total of 9+ years of experience, can't they ask questions that are closer to the challenges the person will face?
Not a single question was asked about the network, Docker, SOLID principles, and nothing was asked about architecture, MRO, or profiling. Nothing was asked about testing and practices.
