I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unified (New York, NY) in Jun 2018
Interview
First round interview with an in-house recruiter. A second interview with a member of the Account Management team. Both interviews covered my past experience and gave further insight into the details of the position and potential future positions within the AM team. I was then invited to join the team for an onsite interview, where I met with 5 members of the AM team. I met with all 5 individually and covered a range of topics, including my past job experiences, any social media marketing experience, and behavioral questions. Finally I needed to video interview with a senior member of the AM team who was not available when I was onsite. A few days later, I was offered the position and accepted.

Question 1
When was a time that you fell short of a goal? What was your response to that shortcoming?
The interview process was seamless but long. Came into the office and had 4 back to back 30min interviews. After the interviews I didn’t find out about 2 weeks later that I got the position so it was a very fast process.

Interview
Initial 30 minute phone screen with typical behavioral questions, then the on-site portion consisting of 3 30 minute interview focused on background and relevant experience. Everyone was extremely kind and ensured no reason to be nervous.

Why are you interested in Unified?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Unified (New York, NY) in Aug 2018
Interview
First step was a 45 minute online exam. Mostly logic questions and some light mental math. Next a phone interview with HR representative. After that another phone interview with an Account Manager. Once passed through the second phone interview, went to the office for in-person interviews. Met with 5 people, of varying seniorities. 4/5 people I spoke to were extremely friendly, accommodating, and easy to talk to. The interviews felt more like a conversation than question and answer. However, the head of account management was like speaking to a robot. Careful not to be thrown off your rhythm by her and keep up the enthusiasm! Did not hear back until over 2 weeks after the interview because seemingly everyone in the office went on PTO at the end of August. Ultimately did not get an offer because another candidate had accepted an offer.
