Had a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview with three different members of the team. The final stage was an interview with someone higher up. The process was pretty quick, all within a few weeks. They were very organized and responsive, great to work with.

HR sends an email 1-2 days after applying with a link to an assessment (similar to an IQ test) to prescreen candidates. The assessment has 50 questions with a maximum of 15 minutes. About two weeks later we scheduled a phone interview. Less than a week later, I received an email stating that I was not selected for the position.
