Unicode Systems Project Manager interview questions

They don't have any official Interview process. Anybody can take interview and numerous rounds of interview. I have given 5 rounds of interview on phone and skype and share all the details and experience of my career. They took all the rounds technical, managerial, HR and then again 2 rounds. God knows if they want the whole company to take my interview. And there was no coordination of the rounds which happened. Everybody asked the same question. Nothing new. It looked to me that they are short of quality questions. Then after they called me for F2F final round for which I traveled from a metro city to Lucknow. Their again they made me waited for 2 hours before starting a discussion. 2 rounds again happened and they were still not sure whether to hire me or not. Interview panel was very keen to know how I handled projects and were not able to hire because I was out of their budget. Yet they called me for F2F and I obliged. Their panels one member is their to take a rejection interview and he will reject you on the basis of one wrong answer. Absolutely no respect shown to the interviewee. It looks to me they are more interested in hiring laborers than employees. They weren't aware of many technological terms. Last member of the interview group was very arrogant and only throwing questions without having an ear to my answers. Extremely aggressive and full of attitude. When I showed the same to him, he got furious and started abusing me. I immediately walked out and thanked God for not joining this company. That person was more looking like a goon and maybe if I cross question him, he might have hit me.
