Interview
The interview was flexible and conducted online with the team lead. It focused on technical and problem-solving skills, with questions about past projects and collaboration. The atmosphere was professional yet friendly.

Question 1
Tell us about yourself, basically, it was an entry position.
Initial call with HR or a team member to assess motivation, followed by a technical interview. Then a technical panel with several team members, usually including typical IB guide questions.
Test online di ragionamento e inglese, abbastanza complesso finire tutte le domande nei tempi stabiliti.
Dopo questo test si viene contattati per una videocall conoscitiva in cui ci si presenta e poi si fa un lavoro di risoluzione di un caso in gruppo

Interview
Il colloquio è iniziato con un test da svolgere online in autonomia, in cui affrontare task di:
1. ragionamento induttivo
2. ragionamento matematico
3. lingua inglese
E un questionario riguardo al comportamento sul lavoro.
Nel complesso dura circa un ora, e le domande non testano le hard-skills ma richiedono risposte veloci e precise.
