I only applied for another position on the website, but I received the interview invitation, maybe because they found my CV in the talent pool. There was only one round interview with the director, which lasted an hour.

1. Motivation questions like why UC, why this job and why Europe
2. Valuation questions can be found in BIWS
3. Accounting question: there's an easy mini case, to tell them about how the 3 statements will change when one item is changed.

applied on website and got interview within 1 month; generally very nice experience and friendly, manager is knowledgeable and respectful. good for career starters but its not goldman, dont expect high paychecks and team is rather more traditional
