Interview
Easy 20 minute interview. Asked basic questions like tell me about yourself; challenge you faced, etc. Then went over resume and how each position is relevant to the current job. Not too bad.

Interview
The interview process started off really great. They were very responsive and quick to move me through the process. I had 3 interviews with 3 different individuals in the span of 1 week, and felt really good about it. The interviews were a little unconventional in the sense that they were short and kept to about 30 minutes each with little time for me to ask my questions, but I was willing to overlook it because I was really interested in the work.
Then, they straight up ghosted me.
I was told precisely who I'd be hearing from next, and that they were planning for a quick turnaround. When I didn't hear anything after a few weeks, I reached out to offer to answer any additional questions, provide additional info, etc., and restate my interest.
Ultimately, I reached out to the two staff people I'd interviewed with and a few weeks later to the Recruiter I'd originally spoken with as well. I still haven't heard back from anyone.
I'm disappointed that they didn't at least have the courtesy to tell me they went a different direction. Typing that email would have taken less time than it's taking me to type this review.
All that is to say, RUN. If this is how they handle the interview process, I can only assume that their internal culture and communication leaves something to be desired,
