Undercurrent Operations interview questions

6-month process (1 phoner, 1 written submission + assessment tests, 1 casual offsite in-person, 1 formal w/ junior staffers, 1 formal w/ senior staffers, 1 video w/ co-founder) but they were pretty reliable about communication/not leaving me guessing. In the end I felt a bit like a test subject but the process was modern and interesting. Lots of psych/personality background and problem solving assessment. The decline was super gracious and they did follow up 6mos & 12mos later with other positions I wasn't interested in.
