3 Step Process
1. Takehome Assignment w/ 48hr turnaround - fairly doable excel organization task
2. 30min intro call - general questions nothing crazy
3. 2hr in-person final interview - software demo of your choosing + presentation of previous work + grilled on responses to clients and background
Felt like interview difficulty increased exponentially, not too much directive when it came to the final interview which would've been helpful, but creativity in responses is especially favored.

Question 1
If there was a client that was increasingly difficult to onboard, how would you go about problem-solving?
Overall process was decent. The person interviewing me wasn't very enthusiastic/seemed like they didn't want to be there. It was more of an intro call so they asked a couple questions about myself/job and said they would review the notes and get back to me.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Uncountable in Apr 2026
Interview
First round was 15-min chat on the company's mission, and checking whether I fit into the overall picture. Second round was a technical interview that involved data-fitting into a desired format, requiring a good understanding of the data provided, and took some time to complete. Third round was another technical interview - a software demo and a pitching deck and some questions. Again, requires time investment but the test was central to the future role.
