Applied through the website. First step in the interview process was a written exercise that asked the respondent to troubleshoot low online engagement among millennials. I had to come up with 3-5 digital strategies to boost conversions and talk about the metrics and tools I would use to determine if a digital campaign is successful. Didn't make it to the second stage.
