I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ultra-Form Manufacturing (Etobicoke, ON) in Apr 2015
Interview
It was easy. The interviewer had a solid idea of what he want, and the qualities required from the applicant. I was told that I had what they were looking for. The interviewer was simple, frank, and intelligent, his approach was "no nonsense" and to the point.
I was approved immediately, and told to come Monday to start my first day of employment, and the supervisor I am supposed to report to.
