Telephone interview, followed by interview with staff and aptitude test for Excel. The staff asked generic questions which I had groomed for with run of the mill preparatory materials. Staff is very friendly and easy going.

Interview
It was a normal interview asking what my qualifications were. The potential employer asked if I could manage phone calls, emails, invoicing, Microsoft Excel, and other computer programs.
The interview lasted 30 minutes and they explained the job in full detail. What the person did not explain very well over the phone was the company itself.
Question: "What would make you a good fit for our company?"
