Interview
The interview was quick and casual, but they definitely asked a range of questions. Mostly behavioral, logistical, and about my previous experiences in retail/working in retail. Everyone was super friendly and I spoke to one woman on zoom before I started training
Very basic; asked me what experience I had, including opening and closing store procedures. Also asked me personal interest questions to get a sense of my personality and how I'd fit in.
