I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UiPath (London, England) in Jan 2019
Interview
Multi-step interview process that took around 3 weeks from start to finish:
- Technical interview with a peer, mostly around a coding exercise and how you approach the problems
- Culture fit interview with the internal talent recruitment/hr team members
- Competence interview with the direct manager
The interview process was smooth and timely. After each session a proper and in time feedbacks was given by HR to the candidates. The way UiPath treat candidates are appreciable.
