Very thorough, and challenging yet worth it. It test your commitment to the industry and why you'd like to be there. It could go from one to three days but at the end of it you feel more apart of the team and sure of whether it's somewhere you want to be or not.

Trial run in the kitchen on a busy Saturday night on the garde manger station
Super busy
Executive Chef calls tickets
They will feed you at the end of the service
Finally, you will talk to the Executive Chef to follow up

Extremely friendly and casual. Not intimidating at all, they simply ask who you are as a person, what are you goals for the future and some of your favorite hobbies. Cake or pie?
