Few round interview. First CV then a 20 min English online. Then a test task, you get 1 week to complete. Then 1-2 week till they analyse it. After that you can meet with the team for the final interview. It may seem a long run, but they give constant feedback and provide a realy warm interviewing process even if you fail like I did.

'First round' was a form you had to fill out with various questions and experiences - then you have a call with HR. There you discuss salary expectations, perks, etc, and you have 2 UX research method related questions where you have to think aloud and guide them through your thinking.
